Privacy

Your data, plainly.

What we collect on this website, why, who handles it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Be More Purple is the controller for personal data collected through bemorepurple.com. Contact us at info@bemorepurple.com.

When you send an enquiry

We collect your name, company, work email, what you’re building, your stage and timing, an optional budget band and the details you write. We use them to reply and to discuss working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and your consent through the tick box on the form.

Your enquiry is emailed to our founding team through Postmark (ActiveCampaign, United States), our email delivery provider, and a copy is kept on a server we run ourselves in the EU (netcup) so a message isn’t lost if email fails. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Analytics

Only if you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) through Google Tag Manager to understand which pages help people. Advertising features are off. If you reject, neither loads. See cookies for the details and how to change your choice.

Hosting and security

The website is served by bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks.

International transfers

Postmark and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@bemorepurple.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our applications

The investor centre and client applications on other bemorepurple.com addresses have their own privacy information.
